If you prefer to purchase offline, we will be happy to process your order via phone, fax, or mail.  To purchase online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  To mail or fax your order, select to print an invoice to include with your payment information.

Shipping and Handling Information

All shipping will be via UPS unless otherwise requested.

We strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum.  Our shipping charges are for actual shipping costs as well as other associated costs of packaging and labor.  Please note that we will adjust shipping charges (either higher or lower) if the actual costs vary greatly from the quote.  Please be sure to contact us either by phone or email if you have questions.

Sales Tax

Orders placed from outside the state of Colorado are not subject to sales tax.

Orders from within the state are subject to state tax, and may be subject to city or county tax.

Return Policies

Ruth's Stitchery wants you to be happy with your shopping experience.  However, we are bound by certain restrictions, so certain sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away to determine how we can provide a solution.

All sales of copyrighted material, such.as books and patterns, are final.
All sales of "clearanced" items or cut fabric are final.
